We're working with a global manufacturer of precision electronic and instrumentation products, supplying OEMs and distributors across agricultural, automotive, industrial, heavy truck, off-road, construction and process equipment markets.

They're looking for a Design Engineering Manager to lead their design engineering team through the full NPI lifecycle, concept development, design verification, design validation and product release, while staying close to the electronics themselves. This is a genuinely hands on leadership role. You'll be as comfortable reviewing a schematic or signing off a PCB layout as you are running a kaizen event or coaching a team through a performance review.
