Position Summary

The Design Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering design efforts from proposal development through project closeout. This position oversees all phases of the design process, ensuring technical excellence, quality, adherence to schedule, and compliance with applicable client, Federal, DoD, UFC, UFGS, and industry standards.

The Design Engineering Manager serves as the primary technical lead for assigned projects, coordinating internal engineering disciplines, architectural and engineering consultants, and project stakeholders throughout planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
