This role focuses on design research, insights, and validation to inform product and experience decisions across hardware, software, and services. The individual will apply mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative) to evaluate user needs, validate concepts, and generate actionable insights for design and product teams.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute UX research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to support design and product validation.
- Conduct methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and basic analytics, following established research frameworks.
- Analyze and synthesize data into clear insights, recommendations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Support validation of concepts, prototypes, and live experiences to improve usability, usefulness, and overall experience quality.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure user insights are integrated into decision‑making.
