We’re recruiting for an experienced Design Lead to join one of Europe’s leading data centre contractors on a major mission-critical project based in Blyth, England.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of design coordination and delivery across a flagship data centre project, working closely with design managers, BIM teams, consultants, and construction teams to ensure fully coordinated, buildable, and high-quality design solutions from pre-construction through to handover.

As Design Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving design development, managing coordination across disciplines, resolving technical issues, and ensuring all design deliverables align with programme, cost, and construction requirements in a fast-paced delivery environment.
