About the Role:

We're supporting a major UK infrastructure programme and are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join a major Tier One Civil engineering contractor. The role manages remaining design scope exceeding £100m in value, liaising with the client and the Principal Designer, and certifying that works have been constructed in accordance with the design.

Suited to either a strong Project Manager with pre-construction experience, or a Design-led Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all design disciplines on the project, managing design consultant communications, submissions and deliverables.
Maintain and update the Design Management Programme (DMP) and design programme, tracking milestones and managing recovery where required.
