Position Overview
You as a Design Manager (Building Group) will:
Lead the Design team, on behalf of the Construction team, to achieve overall project schedule and budget
Lead discussions on design progress, design schedule, and design compliance with the construction team
Lead the Design team in developing compliant, efficient, and constructable design solutions
Be the point of contact for the client for all design-related issues and discussions
Manage the development of design proposals for design-build style project pursuits
Oversee design coordination processes, ensuring design team cohesion and collaboration
Analyze project requirements, guiding the design team to meet them, while maintaining budgetary requirements
