Step away from the drawing board and actually lead a growing design team. We are looking for two technical Design Managers who understand how drywall is built. The role is permanent, offers flexible working arrangements, and can be performed through CIS, a limited company, or PAYE.

Responsibilities

• Manage tier one clients and lead design meetings.
• Make decisions with conviction and oversee the technical design process for drylining projects, including compliance and fire safety.
• Manage a team of technical CAD and Revit technicians, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
• Play a key role in shaping the design department’s operations and processes.
• Visit the site at least once a week.

Qualifications
