This is a mid-level design management role for an architect or design professional with strong coordination ability, sound design judgement and a clear understanding of developer-side priorities. The Design Manager supports the studio in managing consultant output, internal reviews, project information and design deliverables while maintaining design quality, commercial alignment and clarity of communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design packages, consultant submissions, comments, actions and follow-ups across assigned projects.
• Review drawings, reports and presentations for design intent, brief alignment, planning logic, coordination and obvious technical issues.
• Liaise with external consultants to clarify requirements, track responses and ensure design issues are closed out properly.
• Work closely with designers, senior managers and leadership to ensure project material is accurate, current and review-ready.
