Design Manager required for a multi phase DfE / School project in Cheshire.

Scope of works:

Currently in Pre construction phase, due to start on site in November.

Multi - phase project, demolition of existing school, complete rebuild to include swimming pool and the refurbishment of a grade 2 listed school house.

Project value - £50 million over a the 3 year project

Temp or temp - perm / excellent day rate and salary!!!
