Preparing Interfacing detailing and Coordinate shop drawing for both Architectural and structural works.
Comment and certifying shop drawings from subcontract works.
Comment and certifying As-built drawings from subcontract works.
To chair and managing the regular subcontract design consultation meetings (Architects/Structure/M&E/Landscape architect/lighting consultant/security by design etc)
Good Contractual awareness in identifying and raising design variation works to contract department for EOT and variation claim.
Evaluates and assess subcontractor’s technical design variation proposal.
Correspondence in regards to design matters.
