Overview

We are seeking an experienced design manager to lead design work in various projects across Finland.

The position is based in Vantaa, with options for Tampere or Oulu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner consultants to ensure project timelines, quality, and cost‑efficiency.
• Possibly take on supervisory responsibilities over design teams.
• Oversee project design and collaborate with different project stakeholders.
• Influence project initiation from the start.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in design management or similar roles.
• Experience in design or construction site tasks.
• Higher education in construction or a related field.
• Ability to lead and guide partners and consultants.
• Good Finnish language skills.
