**Position Summary**

Responsible for the preconstruction process of design-build and design-assist projects. Manages project design and detailing schedule, monitors design development and detailing progress, and manages the financial aspects of the design contract to deliver high-quality projects within the prescribed time frames and costs.

**Position Details**

+ Manages small-scale design-build and design-assist projects and/or internal facing phases of larger-scale projects. Ensures the delivery of high-quality projects within the prescribed time frames.
+ Manages the input and output of accurate project data in various corporate and project tracking systems.
+ Develops and manages design schedules. Interfaces directly with other disciplines, contractors, architects, and project team members.
