We are seeking an experienced contract Design Project Manager to oversee the full design lifecycle of large-scale data centre projects across the UK . The role involves managing design delivery from preliminary design through to construction and final as-built documentation, ensuring compliance with client standards, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and seamless integration between all project phases.

The successful candidate will lead design coordination across Core & Shell, Utilities, Foundations, and Fit Out packages while managing BIM coordination, technical submittals, IFC deliverables, design reviews, permitting, and construction support activities.
