Salary £100,000 - £120,000+
My client is looking for a passionate Designate General Manager to lead, inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence in all areas. This exciting opportunity is designed for an experienced manager to work across multiple sites. You'll need to be flexible, willing to travel, and have the drive and determination to succeed.

Providing vision to the team, gaining buy-in and commitment to continually improve and challenge performance
Taking responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence across the entire site,
