Your new school Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead to join its Girls’ School in a key non-teaching safeguarding role. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident safeguarding professional to play a central part in promoting the welfare, safety and wellbeing of students, while supporting staff to respond effectively to child protection concerns.
Your new roleAs Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will take responsibility for safeguarding and child protection matters arising within the school, acting as a key source of support, advice and expertise for staff. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, SEND staff, senior leaders and external agencies to ensure safeguarding procedures are clear, effective and consistently followed.
