The WLSA Training Development team supports training centres and stakeholders worldwide by developing online learning content for Wärtsilä products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining online training content
• Transforming technical information into clear, user‑friendly content
• Collaborating with subject‑matter experts globally to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
• Leading, managing, and participating in training development projects

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of eLearning authoring
• Experience with technical documentation
• Knowledge of creating animations/videos is advantageous
• Knowledge of Wärtsilä products is advantageous
