Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site helpdesk support for end-users, including troubleshooting network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve IT-related issues and support project implementation.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes/upgrade.
  • Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, office relocations, and new deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct standard client system setup, patching, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Perform Active Directory domain and GPO system administration.
  • Perform IT assets management, IT procurement administration, and maintenance contract management.
  • Conduct end user training/briefing.
