What you must have:
Montreal availability
4+ years of desktop support experience
Level 2/3 troubleshooting experience
Windows 10 and Office 365 support
M365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
