Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintainhardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices) 
Install and upgradesoftware applications and operating systems  
Providetechnical support to end-users (onsite or remote) 
Diagnose and troubleshoothardware, software, and network issues  
Perform routine maintenance and system updates 
Manage IT inventory (equipment, licenses, accessories) 
Set up user accounts, emails, and access permissions 
Ensure systems comply withIT security policies  
Liaise with vendors or service providers when required 
Maintain documentation of IT processes and incidents
