Responsibilities:
β’ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications, PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
β’ Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
β’ Document detailed steps and solutions for resolving user issues in the call tracking system.
β’ Install and configure hardware and software for end-users as needed.
β’ Manage inventory control and assist in transporting hardware between locations.
β’ Stay informed about current trends and advancements in technology to enhance support services.
