Ensure the corporate office's technology is operational at all times, providing necessary support. Assist store employees with technical issues, potentially traveling to stores for troubleshooting. Engage in technical discussions with senior leaders, including the head of Japan, about ongoing technical projects and incidents. Work effectively with colleagues from various countries.
