Position Overview
Position Responsibilities:
+ Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
+ Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating system
+ Resolve application conflicts, authentication issues, profile corruption, and system performance problems
+ Provide executive-level support as needed
+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions for recurring incidents
+ Manage full workstation lifecycle, including procurement, imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
