Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operational procedures and technical guides.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and proactively maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Perform system administration tasks, such as software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills.
Provide timely and effective support for service issues and requests, including availability for emergency technical maintenance outside of regular working hours.
Collaborate with team members to deliver training on new technologies to staff members.
