Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on
Desktop Support Engineer / Resident Engineer
to provide on-site IT support for users at our client's office, Changi Business Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving end-user computing issues, supporting workplace devices, coordinating with relevant technical teams, and ensuring that users receive timely and professional IT assistance.
Key Responsibilities Provide on-site Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
