We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsibiities

  • Performs trouble-shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops /notebooks/printers
  • Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective actions 

    • Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating
  • Solid client service skills
  • Skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
