Position Overview
JOB DUTIES: This position is a support position covering the desktop and laptop needs of the client community. Must have thorough knowledge of Windows XP and Vista as well as Linux administration support. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:- years of experience with Desktop Support or Helpdesk;- years of experience with Active Directory/Windows Server/Exchange administration and troubleshooting;- years of experience with Mobile Devices (Windows, iOS and Android );- years of experience with VPN/Remote Connectivity;- years of experience with VoIP;Experience with in-depth troubleshooting methodologies in a heterogeneous environment, multifunction devices, Cisco IP phones, documentation, cabling and networking;Thorough knowledge of Windows XP and Vista as well as Linux administration support;Windows experience, preferred;Thorough knowledge of the VI editor, preferred;Experience with MS Exchange and Office and , required;Must be familiar with general networking configuration and support, desktop...
