Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

1. Ensure smooth product transition by aligning legacy product LOD plans, providing transition guidance to Geos and GSC operations teams, and tracking execution to identify risks and drive mitigation actions.

2. Support new product launches and ramp-up by managing SBB complexity across generations, assisting with NPI risk buy AR guidance and hedge planning, and expediting NPI order fulfillment.

3. Manage product EOL lifecycle, including tails, MWDs, and E&O issues, by aligning key lock dates with GSC, driving LTS consumption in consideration of software deadlines (DDL) and LOD, and implementing MWD reduction actions.

4. Provide long-term planning guidance by delivering LTF recommendations based on targets, transition status, and actual performance, publishing SBB GGR to guide planning, and collaborating on supply hedge strategies.
