WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations for the Hawkes Bay region to ensure delivery and pick-up schedules are met.
• Organise site operations to align with transport and line haul schedules.
• Maintain security measures, including vehicle seals, to protect products and assets.
• Promote efficiency, safety, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (H&S, driver fatigue, loading limits).
• Monitor and ensure accurate freight billing and customer standards.
• Conduct regular compliance and security audits, investigating and resolving breaches.
• Coordinate team performance to achieve customer KPIs and internal operational targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational audits.
