Despatch Team LeaderEasysteel | AucklandWe're looking for a hands-on Despatch Team Leader to lead our Auckland despatch team and ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. This role is responsible for team leadership, safety, inventory accuracy, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the warehouse and despatch functions.What you'll do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing despatch team.
  • Drive performance against key KPIs including DIFOT, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture.
  • Support stocktakes, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams
