The Role

This is a hybrid role: you’ll do both Technical Merchant Support and Developer Advocacy. One day you’ll be debugging a failed payment for a merchant; the next, you’ll be writing the doc that prevents that same ticket from ever happening again. We’re not looking for someone who picks a side—we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection.
