Job Description:

Configure Macro & Script in Microsoft Dynamics Customer service
Develop new functionalities to extend the Macro and Scripts capabilities
Improve the Macro & Scripts configuration tool by proposing and implementing new functionalities to simplify the creation and maintenance of Macros
Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
Need to involve all phase of development - Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test
Configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports
Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result
Support UAT, and production and fix the defect
Develop automated test (technical and functional) 
Microsoft Dynamic CRM development experiences
ASP.NET C# development, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS
Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred
