About the Role

As Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full entitlement process for multiple high‑density residential projects, from early design through approvals and registration. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and municipal stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently through planning, approvals, and permitting stages, while maintaining alignment with budgets, schedules, and overall development strategy.
