Position Overview

            
Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria: 
 
Post Graduate Qualification : Business Management or Property Management highly recommended 
3+ years experience in media and advertising as well as contracts negotiations advantageous 
Advanced knowledge of MS Office -  Power Point and Excel are required 
Working knowledge of GIS system or other property/inventory management system advantageous 
Must be proficient in writing and compiling of business proposals 
Experience in working with municipalities is essential, with good knowledge of Outdoor Advertising Bylaws 
Understanding of legal contracts and contracting leases 
Must have Drivers License, own car, and ability to travel to areas / towns within KZN 
High energy candidate who is able to network
