The Role

As a fast-growing Australian based internet provider, we’re looking for a leader to scale our organisation’s software development resources, team structure and technical capabilities to meet future business needs.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll lead software engineering teams, technical systems and integrations across the business. Managing the Development Team, you’ll work closely with the Project Team to deliver customer facing, internal and B2B software products.

This role suits someone who values team culture and actively cultivates the wellbeing of the team, and who builds strong relationships while working remotely with staff in Australia, Philippines, and Vietnam. You’ll bring technical expertise and confidence gained from experience to deliver a forward thinking technical vision, with ownership of decisions for resource allocation, expanding technical systems and timely product delivery.
