Acting as a first-line engine for pipeline generation, the role combines proactive market sourcing, deal support for senior development staff, and ownership of industry events and networking activations. The BDM plays a central role in translating market intelligence into actionable leads and ensuring every owner or investor touchpoint reflects RHG's brand and commercial proposition.
