Duties:

+ Ministry Development Strategy

+ Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans for an assigned book of ministry, aligning efforts with departmental and organizational priorities

+ Present and articulate fundraising opportunities, programs, and initiatives to donors in a compelling manner to advance giving

+ Collaborate with other Development Officers to identify opportunities, share insights, and align fundraising strategies across ministry portfolios

+ Contribute to the advancement of ministry-wide fundraising initiatives, goals, and objectives

+ Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of donor retention strategies to strengthen long-term engagement and giving


+ Donor Engagement & Cultivation
