**Job Overview**

Develop and strengthen philanthropic support for Northeast Iowa Community College by building meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, businesses, community partners, and other stakeholders. Manage and advance a portfolio of prospects and donors through strategic cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement activities that support College and Foundation priorities, increase donor participation, and expand the Foundation’s philanthropic impact throughout the district.

Bachelor’s degree required. Three to five years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, relationship management, higher education, nonprofit organizations or a related field preferred.
