Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide day‑to‑day support across multiple programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and effective coordination. This includes:
- Programme administration – maintaining project documentation, updating trackers, preparing materials, and supporting delivery logistics. Examples: updating project plans, circulating learning materials, coordinating enrolment lists, maintaining SharePoint folders.
- Project monitoring – tracking progress against milestones, identifying slippage, and supporting risk and issue management. Examples: updating RAG ratings, logging risks, preparing highlight reports.
- Data and reporting – supporting evaluation, collating feedback, and contributing to programme reports. Examples: compiling survey data, producing summary dashboards, supporting evaluation frameworks.
