Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION/PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Under the supervision of a Community Treatment Team Leader, the successful candidate:
• Supervise mid-level supervisors.
• Oversee Franklin County support staff.
• Manage site(s) NPS budget resources.
• Manage FTE staffing allocations per site.
• Oversee community inclusion opportunities and allocated funds for Individuals at each site.
• Manage individuals’ personal funds and ensures compliance with all related agency policies and procedures.
• Maintain site(s) physical plant and ensures all related health and safety issues are addressed and regulatory compliance is met.
• Complete monthly reports to the Team Leader, ., Minor Incident logs, Fire Rounds medication error logs, Vehicle Safety Reports, Fire Plans, monthly reports, etc.
• Have knowledge of and apply agency policies and procedures regarding personnel and regulatory compliance matters.
