Development/Construction Management Intern

**Location:** Irvine, CA

The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers.

**What You'll Do**

+ Collaborate with Development Managers, Construction Managers, Civil Engineers, Architects, Environmental Consultants, Utility Providers, and Municipal Agencies throughout all phases of industrial real estate development.
+ Assist with project due diligence by reviewing site constraints, zoning requirements, title reports, ALTA surveys, geotechnical reports, utility availability, environmental studies, and agency requirements to evaluate project feasibility.
