Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Powershell; familiarity with Python and batch scripting is advantageous.

Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and drive ongoing improvements.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation tools and workflows.
