About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, your mission will be to design, operate, and continuously evolve CI/CD platforms and cloud‑native infrastructure solutions that support Santander CIB’s digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving automation, reliability, and operational excellence across development teams. You will work closely with developers, SREs, and security teams, contributing to the stability, scalability, and security of critical banking platforms in a highly regulated environment.
