RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & RUN

• Monitor the Dremio platform (clusters, services, jobs, infrastructure)
• Manage incidents and problems (L2/L3 support) while meeting RTO and RPO targets
• Track platform availability and SLA compliance
• Provide support to Data teams (Data Engineers / Analysts)

Industrialization & Dev Ops

• Automate deployments (CI/CD)
• Standardize environments (DEV / PREPROD / PROD)
• Implement Dev Ops best practices (versioning, pipelines)

Performance & Scalability

• Optimize Dremio queries
• Size and tune clusters (CPU, RAM, storage) with the support of Infrastructure provider
• Manage caching, reflections, and query acceleration
• Analyze performance bottlenecks (I/O, n...
