Securely deploy and configure software to remote IoT devices
Participate in diagnosing and fixing device issues remotely and implementing procedures and tooling to help enable the field team to self‑diagnose and fix issues themselves
Improve our redundancies so that the impact of a hardware failure is minimized
Improve our autoconfiguration so that field operations do near‑zero on‑site configuration to install our hardware
Improve our observability and monitoring to detect software or hardware issues before they cause an outage
Monitor bandwidth and optimize software configurations to reduce bandwidth usage
Interface with customer IT teams to deploy Aquabyte solutions
Ability to travel occasionally for 2–4 days at a time away from Puerto Varas
Fluency in Spanish and English, in both writing and speaking
Physically able to lift 25kg
