Job Description
Role Mission:
The DevOps & Application Engineer will administer current IAM and SSO application while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of StarHub’s cloud-native platforms. They will manage day to day operations to address business needs and will be actively involved in future implementation of IAM platform.
Key Responsibilities
Support and provide maintain current IAM and SSO systems used. Administrate platform and ensure system availability and robustness. Manage application vendors to provide timely and reliable support to business operations. Resolve incidents and track SLA at all levels. Collaborate with vendor in change requests, defect fixing and security vulnerabilities remediation. Work with cross domains teams and stakeholders in ensuring system security compliance.
