Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 6–8 DevOps Engineers, ensuring on-time, high-quality project deliveries
• Define and participate in creating architecture and designs for infrastructure and CI/CD solutions
• Conduct code reviews, hands‑on coaching, and enforce technical best practices across the team
• Manage and track Statements of Work (SoWs) in collaboration with customers, PMO, and leadership
• Provide hands‑on guidance on complex elements of build automation, continuous deployment, and IaC
• Facilitate transparent communication between the team and customers
• Manage estimations for pre‑sale and sale stages
• Drive continuous learning within the team, including staying current with AI‑assisted development practices using tools like GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Cursor to accelerate infrastructure‑as‑code delivery and code reviews
