Job Description

• Assist in budget development & manage costs in alignment with DFWAC’s strategic plan
• Compile & analyze the foundation’s financial information to prepare monthly & annual financial reports
• Assist in developing & implementing departmental accounting policies, procedures & processes
• Manage the foundation’s bank accounts, ledgers, & reporting systems in accordance with appropriate Accounting Principles & regulatory requirements
• Develop & maintain financial databases for the foundation
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting deadlines
• Manage vendor invoices & process necessary payments
• Oversee accurate & appropriate analysis of expenses
• Research & resolve discrepancies of financial information documentation to ensure accuracy & adherence to established procedures
