Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing oil samples and equipment condition data to identify potential issues, provide technical recommendations, and support customers in improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
Specific Responsibilities:
Oil Analysis & Diagnostics
Perform daily diagnosis and interpretation of oil analysis results in the Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) Laboratory.Assess the condition of lubricants and equipment based on laboratory test results.Identify abnormal conditions, potential equipment problems, and possible root causes.Provide clear diagnostic comments and recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions.Compare historical and current test results to identify trends and potential equipment failures.Review abnormal or out-of-specification results and recommend retesting when necessary.Conduct vi...
