Job Summary

Come work as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) at the Radiology Ultrasound team in Sechelt, BC! Perform abdominal, obstetrical, pelvic, peripheral vascular, small parts, and echocardiography ultrasound examinations while observing patient safety practices. Receive and complete requisitions, enter relevant data into the diagnostic imaging information system, prepare patients for specific procedures, and conduct examinations utilizing ultrasound and Doppler techniques. May perform venipuncture for contrast media injections as directed by a Radiologist or Cardiologist. Participate on committees, teams, and approved research projects as assigned.
