Diagnose complex electronic and vehicle system faults as directed by the Service Advisor and, when required, in the presence of the customer.
Ensure customer complaints are accurately diagnosed, rectified, and documented, providing complete quotations and technical comments to the Service Advisor.
Continuously update technical knowledge through formal training programs and self-learning initiatives to remain current with evolving automotive technologies.
Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections using VDS testers and other diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
Review complete vehicle history, service records, and related documentation to support accurate diagnosis and repair procedures.
Coordinate with Parts Advisors, Team Leaders, and Workshop Controllers to ensure the correct parts are ordered and available.
